Hot Towels Are Not So HOT Anymore

But the towels on departure on our flight from LHR to SIN was hot! I guess your skin is very thick and you need burning hot towels

As you said, it was Y service. So, I was okay with that luke
warm towels. Steamy hot towels are good for waking me up after the sleep (in an upright position! )

Was traveling on SQ2 and the towels were HOT! Had a big grin on my face and remembered that some of you were mini-ranting about the towels being luke warm.. So just wanna share that I got some really hot towels on the way back to San Francisco..

ps: the towels on SQ 1 was almost cold though...

They were really much hotter than normal, hotter than my previous flights on both QF and SQ. I hope it's just an anomaly and not a new policy.

I think we'd have to agree to disagree on hot vs cold preferences.

I found the towel on my flight (SQ221 05/03/2008) Just nice how I want it. I guess you just can't satisfy everyone?

Just as well you dont fly Qantas.. their towels are COLD. Will check SQ Friday night as I make my run BNE-SIN in J.

or you could fly United and they give you a wet toilet paper

My recent flights on SQ 2 and SQ 863 had HOT towels. I am still amazed how the heat dissipates so quickly.
