Still wished they would move up the inaugural to early March rather than late March. March is traditionally considered the last month of the alta temporada/peak season travel to Brasil.
The good news is that the Northern Summer/Southern Winter months are the alta temporada/peak season for travel to BCN, so hopefully they get a lot of business in that period next yearLe jour de Saint Eugène, en traversant la Calle Mayor...

For round trip tickets, the fares will be:
E class - $4000
B class - $4800
Y class - $5600
S class - $6600
J class - $12600
C class - $14400
Z class - $16200
F class - $22000
All excluding taxes & fuel surcharge.
Oh gosh! So much higher than fares to IAH!
$ 22K for F class?
I wonder why no one offered QR.
SIN-DOH-GRU is S$ 2653 for the lowest economy class fare.
S$ 9284 for the lowest business class fare.
Alternative, if you want to stick with *A, then take TK :
Lowest economy : S$ 2567, and in Business, its S$ 7334.
From HKG, TK is offering S$ 8815 in F to GRU return!

b. EK SIN-DXB-GRU was $4,600++
Why is it HIGHER than the published fare of S$ 3255 or US$ 2475 - booked in Y class??Last edited by Guy Betsy; 13 October 2010, 09:24 AM.

thanks to Guy Betsy for pointing out, i just went to dig up the records and discovered i mistakenly took the quote for SIN-DXB-GRU-GIG for one terminating in GRU which is being compared. SIN-DXB-GRU was quoted SGD3,207. The GRU-GIG sector was SGD1,208. sorry for that mis-representation.
