Hi does anyone know if this is still the case in Septembe 2011? I have so much trouble calling and getting understood, as I seem to be calling (no offense) 'robots' in an offshore center now, and not Singapore.

i got an extra 5 kilos by calling the call center and saying im a student.
going early on my flight departure this weekend to check in early...my check in luggage is around 27 kilos.

i'm on an award ticket
