Does this happen often, especially this on the whale jet? If it is, SQ losing big bucks, imagine USD 100 for each pax.

On one of my F flights last year (LAX-NRT), krisworld was unavailable for the whole flight and each F pax received USD200 compensation toward krishop. I don't know what was give to J and Y pax on that flight.
SQ may have different compensation amounts for each COS.
