YesOriginally posted by SQ LPP View PostLooking at the time of J777's post, it was last night. So perhaps now SKB flies back to Changi, and will do another trip down under? So, your duty to give the full report...

I am at the SKL F at T3 now and peeping through the obstructed view window, I can see SKB parked on A2. SQ 221 is scheduled to depart from A2 at 2030 tonight on Jan 24, 2008.
I will try to report on this flight especially if there is any difference between SKB and SKA.
By the way, SQ 231 is being retimed to 0225 on Jan 25, 2008.

A bit OT..Originally posted by Jubilee777 View PostSKB is going to Sydney tonight
I was on SKA on 22 Jan SIN-SYD. There was no water in all the toilets in the aircraft. Initially I though I had problems operating the new tap. No signs, no warning. It was really gross - there was no way to wash hands after visiting the loo.
At the end of the flight, Captain informed everyone that disembarking passengers would be given a free bottle of water and a box of Koala chocolates as Service Recovery.
I hope they fixed the water problem on the return flight.

I always travel with a little bottle of hand-sanitizer. I recommend it.Originally posted by kelakwek View PostI was on SKA on 22 Jan SIN-SYD. There was no water in all the toilets in the aircraft. But I hope that the water problem was restricted to a selected number of toilets only. Coz if it is a plane-wide problem, they should not have let the bird off the ground in the first place.
And the fact that the issue wasn't being made aware upon reports coming in is something of a head-scratcher. Granted that they don't want to create unnecessary commotion amongst its passengers, but it won't go down well with the passengers on that flight, not at all.
A bottle of water and biscuits as service recovery? That's really very nice of you, SQ...
