    You misunderstand the object being “scrapped” in the OP’s post. It’s clearly a reference to the retrofit programme, not the scrapping of A380s.

    SQ 856 is using the new A380 if there is no last minute aircraft changes. Usually this flight is operated by the new A380 from London SQ317 which arives in SIN at 730am and the return flight from HKG to SIN is SQ 861.

    Does anyone know why SQ 222 and 232 switched? The newer config of A388 was flying SQ221/222 but now has shifted over to SQ232 departing SYD same time as when flying on SQ222. Odd?

    looks like the refurbishment n reconfiguration of the new seating of the older 14 A380s will be pushed back as so far none have appeared so far and would go into 2020 before all will be refursbished.
