looks like the long-haul budget doesnt seem to be proving profitable as Air Asia X have realised and have cut its long haul services to UK, Orly in France and even Delhi n Mumbai and will be cutting its NZ service too as they changed their strategy to medium haul with flights between 6 to 8 hrs flight time.
Hence Sccot's long haul maybe in the same boat unless of course the fares are not so budget which then will not make it so appealing than full service airlines; and further as Scoot uses the 772s for flights less than 7 hrs as its current 2 named destinations, it will not be efficient to do so with the 772s too.
