  • What does it take to be a part of Scoot's cabin crew?

LOL. Was thinking along those lines. Last time I heard such a suggestion was in kids camp and back then it was cool. I know some folks working as FAs and several of them hate 'some' of their colleagues guts. Sounds like fun if you have to bunk with them

            • something need to be done for the uniforms esp the male attendents simple T shirt basically. Think the whole idea of naming it Scoot and the yellow color and the unforms all need to be relooked at but sadly think the name unfortunately sticks n at this time cant be changed.

I recognize the guy. He was with SIA and then went over to Emirates for quite a while, but it looks like he Scooted back to the SIA Group now

Going head on against D7. Next thing you know, they'll be scooting to MEL...then PER...then CHC

Any room for a 744 in the Scoot fleet? Surely they could manage to keep flying 9V-SPJ to MEL forever that way.

                              • Seriously, I wonder how SQ would make Scoot work. For AirAsiaX and Jetstar, they still have regional feed through AirAsia and Jetstar Asia via KUL/SIN. However Scoot does not have any regional feed since it is supposed to operate "independently" from SQ/MI/TR. I can only see it beneficial to Jetstar Asia as the budget travellers flying on Scoot would need LCC connections to other parts of Asia, and this could only be through Jetstar Asia, Tiger or to a lesser extent, AirAsia via Singapore. So I guess Jetstar Asia would somewhat benefit from Scoot filtering these budget long-haul travellers through Singapore.
