    Flown MH on economy twice in the last month, respectively to CAN and PVG. Wondering why they didn't have menu on the Y class, while Emirates do, even on short haul (when they were still doing CGK-SIN). I've flown SQ quite sometimes but don't really recall if they did have menu in the Y class as well. But the food during those 2 MH flight was quite dissappointing, they served the same identical food on those two flight, in 2 weeks difference. Am I too picky, or it is just the way they (and everyone else) do it?

    The meals were all very simple. No fuss but tasty.

    Satay was excellent. Moist and chunky. Peanut sauce was authentic.

    I know we should normally avoid beef on the plane but the beef I had was above average too. Not rare like I always prefer but not overcooked either.

    I am impressed with MH!
