I don't think SQfg meant it to be the secret dishes at the forthcoming SQTalk BBQ. I am extremely sure she was suggesting the translation of the name(s) into Teochew. I am sure SQfg can confirm my intelligence (or lack of it).

B727, I am glad you are sporty enough to volunteer to be one of the Chefs! But the BBQ is primary to celebrate the WORLD CUP winner...should we not based it on the culinary delights of the winner's country? If England wins, we should be having roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, fish & chips etc..
