Redeem KF miles for infant

In my experience, BD can add infant with no extra miles, just extra taxes. BA can add infant with 10% of the miles.

Wish more airlines offered that!

Sorry for digging up this old thread, but I wanted to run this scenario by the experts here

Is it possible to:
* Book adult flights in Y online including an infant
* Upgrade flights with KF miles to J online

Would I then need to contact SQ to purchase an upgrade for the infant seat?

Do book your infant after you've upgraded your tickets. The price of the infant ticket will be based on 10% of the Business Full Fare Ticket; depending on where you go. No tax/surcharges for the infant tickets.
