Q and W fares appear to be gone for sales in the Philippines. Now we are left with pure Y (flexi). When does flexi saver usually return?

I noticed that SQ Q and W fares (tickets sold in the Philippines) appear on their website on October until March. I suggest you call their office in Manila to ask for more "reasonable/affordable" prices.

Was that a common occurrence or since last year only? Also, the PH website actively publishes that fares offered start at USD304 but now, every date I have searched returns a full Y fare only (i.e. not even a blocked-off/greyed Q and W fare). What's weird is that the Q fares to other destinations (e.g. KUL, CGK, even ZRH) are available.

Any other place to find the lower fares? I looked at every website and it returns only nearly USD600.
