SQ will not be receiving 6 WhaleJets this year. If the Koito seat issue gets resolved, SQ will receive 4 this year and 4 next year.

Looks like there ain't enough fat birds to do SQ12/11. SQ is going to TG SQ221/212 with the rust bucket.

Yes it does on the A345, but there is no Y to push back. My point being that there will be SKA-SKK with 31 as the first row, and SKL+ with 41.

It just seems at odds with the perfect neat lines which SQ tends to draw...

It occurred to me while on my most recent A380 flight that going for an all-J upper deck is going to cause a minor coq-up (sic) with SQ's (admirably uniform) seat numbering system.

JCL will now extend well past Row 31. So (presumably) lower deck EYCL seating, which is (presumably) largely unchanged from SKA-SKK would need to have different numbering, e.g. starting with Row 41...

or, numbering for the rear JCL cabin jumps to Row 71...

or, least likely, SQ re-numbers EYCL on all A380s to start with Row 41.

Either before or within a short time following, yes, it seems that way.

I would not bet on that.

That would be a very high and unsustainable rotation.

You mean even without the delivery of SKL, SQ will have enough 380s to operate the NRTLAX route without affecting other routes?
