              I had big wishes that SMU would live in passenger configuration somewhere. I guess it is evidence that the 747-400 (even the thousandth 747) is no longer wanted in what was once it's own demain.

                  Yes, but according to ACARS, SPM has been inactive since April 17. Unsure what the status of her is. Maybe she's under maintenance.

                    I know that SPA, SPE & SPM were set for PTF a couple of years ago. The program was delayed and now SPA is undergoing PTF. SPE or SPM should be next. Can anyone confirm?
