Hmm when I first saw the post, I thought the ETD for SQ306, 346 and 392 is a little ambitious and tight if they were waiting for connecting paxs from the delayed SQ242 - there is only about 15 mins between ETA of SQ242 and the ETD of the 3 flights to Europe. But it turned out all 3x European flights did eventually departed around/after 05:30 hours (and SQ242 landed after 04:00 hours) so a 1.5 connecting time seemed a bit more like it... -
SQ24|22JUN (SIN-JFK) operated by 9V-SGA diverted to Chicago due to bad weather in JFK. As a result, return sector SQ23|22JUN was delayed approx 3 hours.
SQ21|22JUN (EWR-SIN) operated by 9V-SGE has been renumbered SQ9021|23JUN due to technical issues with the aircraft.

In view of the technical issues described in your previous 3 posts above, would you say the incidence rate of technical issues with the SQ A350 seems to have gone up? Reason unknown, but aircraft is now on its way to FRA again after 2 hours, so most likely medical.
