They decided to repair 9V-SHB at the gate instead of changing aircraft hence the delay.

SQ406|21FEB (SIN-DEL) operated by 9V-SKF was delayed by 2 hours due a technical issue with the aircraft. The aircraft was repaired and departed thereafter.

When I took that flight last year it was delayed by a couple of hours because the flight crew's bus was trapped in a monster Beijing traffic jam. Probably worked out well for any passengers stuck in the same traffic.

SQ406 SIN-DEL | 12FEB19 | 9V-SKK took off at 19:25, over three hours late (STD: 16:30). The problem must had been with another A388 as SKK arrived from SYD as SQ232 on schedule at 17:33.

SQ965|11FEB CGK SIN scheduled 7.00pm but departed 1.17am|12FEB, I wonder how many paxes missed their connecting flights. It was served by a brand new 9V-SHC. Lucky ADL SQ279 was replaced by 9V-SMP, better Biz class seats, as 9V-SHC was very late.

SQ630|06FEB (SIN-HND) originally operated by 9V-SWL returned to bay as one of the engines sucked in a plastic bag while taxiing. 9V-SWY will be the replacement aircraft.
