Why was the SQ921 so late leaving MNL last night ( shedule time 7pm - actual departure 9.15pm

When I took that flight last year it was delayed by a couple of hours because the flight crew's bus was trapped in a monster Beijing traffic jam. Probably worked out well for any passengers stuck in the same traffic.
