  • Has there been a recent round of staff cuts in the call centre(s) ?

    I called last night to cancel a booking (which wasn't possible on line, again...) and was originally on hold for more than quarter of an hour. Never having been on hold that long before I thought I must have disappeared into a black hole some how so gave up and called again, to be on hold for another ten minutes.

    This on the so called 'exclusive' QPP/TPP line as well.

    And the holiday season is round the corner so I'm very certain there is more calls than usual ...

    MAN Flyer did you try the PPS call back feature?

      Not this time, I'd given up on it after a couple of goes. It was 9pm UK time so should have been pretty quiet locally, granted with less staff. I have never experience a wait anything like that before.

          I'd be annoyed if I were TPP and had to wait that long.
