I also note the new design for the business class menu onboard SQ975 (BKK-SIN) on Tuesday. Happy to be on the SpaceBed since my last trip on it was like 6-7 years ago! Also, the meals were served on a single tray (similar to Economy class).

Interesting: American instead of British spelling used in the menu.
