Ever since the system was "upgraded", I can't see any of my bookings in my account and when I tried to do online check-in, it always show no flights available for check-in. Called customer service, I think all the robotic agents have been pre-programmed to tell you that "your KF number was not in your booking" (which is a outright lie) or "some agent bookings cannot be displayed".
What is SQ mgmt thinking??? Maybe they think their load factor is so high that they have to discourage people from flying with SQ...
