mine always come in english and so do other family members accounts. never had anything come in spanish. the membership pack was in english too

Can someone kindly advice. My wife and I would like to bring our 2 children with us to Fukuoka. 1 is 3 years old and the other 5 months old at time of travel. We would like to fly with Asiana using the purchase and redemption of the 2x1 Lifemiles. Do we go ahead with the booking for 3 Biz class tickets and then once secured, make a call to Asiana for the infant ticket?

Not sure for TA but in the BD days, the infant ticket would be part of the parents ticket at time of booking but infant ticket is 0 miles as with quite a few *A carriers (SQ is NOT one of them). You only pay for tax/surcharges.
