thanks for that 727 at this point in time, really dont look fwd to even the thot of having to fly to Brazil again. But shd i ever have to do it again, sounds like EK via DXB will be a better option. and if EK fares stay at current rate (vis SQ), prob will up it to C too

You should definitely consider flying in C on the westbound SIN-DXB-GRU. That will give you access to the EK C lounge in DXB--shower rooms, hot food, Veuve Clicquot champagne, etc. The DXB-GRU sector in C makes 15 hours feels like 5 hours!

Did I mention EK has mood lighting in all three classes on their 77L? It feels like you're experiencing sunset, then a starry night, and then sunrise as you look up at the ceiling. Very nice feeling as you fly across the African continent towards the Atlantic
