I actually find the new livery to be quite nice and maybe I am just sick of the old silver bullet livery. In some ways, the old livery is okay, but then it is also time for a change. Most of AA products look tired and with a new brand and livery, it gives AA new energy.
About the seat, BA new F has more aesthetic to it and a more refined sense of elegance. However AA new F on 77Ws beats BA new F in terms of design, space and comfort. AA new F is just more spacious than BA new F. I think both seats have their strengths and weaknesses, but AA new F is definitely a comparable hardware to BA new F. Of course BA's service is a bit more refined than AA Flagship service, and the meals and wines are also stronger than AA. But in terms of technology, the new AA scores higher with wifi and more space to work, and the double power outlets are just unbeatable.
