For me, it's like this:

Dec. 12 ATL-SFO on DL to catch SQ 001.
Dec. 14-16: SIN
Dec. 16-18: BKK
Dec. 19-21: Osaka
Dec. 21-25: Kyoto and Nara
Dec. 25-27: Tokyo (new Peninsula included!)
Dec. 27-Jan. 2: BKK (fifth consecutive New Year's at Peninsula Bangkok)
Jan. 2: BKK-SIN-(HKG)-SFO-ATL

SQ 001 and SQ 002 in First Class. All the rest in Business. Taking Korean Air between Thailand and Japan, via Incheon of course. Full lounge details in Lounge Meets thread.

I will be in Tokyo over Xmas. Will be in London for New Years. All this on a VS&MH RTW Ticket in J.

SYD-KUL-NRT-LHR-LHR-SFO-JFK-LAX-TPE-KUL-SYD. Domestic US flights will be on DL. Oh and add in a SQ F KUL-SIN Run

Then back in late Jan for work

Revised itinerary

I will in HKG until Dec 18,
Leaving for SIN on the 19th
Spend my Xmas in Semarang, Indonesia;
New Year eve in Darwin.

However, given the very nice photos taken by CGK earlier this year, I may end up doing some sightseeing in CMB. Award availability is of course limited at this late stage for the pre-X'mas period so I've just booked BA to PEK tonight (in case it disappears) and I'll ponder how I get from there to CMB.

Award tix to PEK cancelled (no penalty whatsoever ?!? ) and I'll be going via NGO instead:

LHR-FRA-NGO - LH J

NGO-SIN-CMB - SQ J

CMB-BKK - TG J

BKK-HKG-FRA - CX J (longhaul on the 74A hopefully)

FRA-LHR - BA J

I'll be spending my evenings at the following:

I am now planning to spend christmas day in Bethlehem which seems like a fitting place to spend it. Admitedly it is not much of a trip as it is only 20 minutes down the road from where I live.

Just booked a nice little New Year's eve- trip to HKG with a couple of good friends which will also include a short detour to Macau as some friends feel the need to burn their money there
