A local driver this time though, and I wonder if all those spouting vile previously will now see enough sense to pull their necks in and look at the big picture.

A friend of mine has said there's now been something like 6 accidents at that junction just in the last few months so whilst driving is a big part of it, road layout and design here also plays a significant part as well.

He was drunk too. Hope he gets punished severely.

I live just off Newton circus (near the Sheraton) and have to drive down Rochor from the ECP almost everyday. That road is ridiculous, between the downtown line work, crazy turns, junctions and traffic lights it's no surprise that there are so many accidents.

Sue the b*stard. In Singapore 10million is small pittance considering the Ferrari probably costs $1 million.

But the courts will side with the rich unfortunately.
