The crew on my flight SQ281 Singapore to Auckland on 11 June gave excellent service, especially Kavitha K, and I must say I have always found the crew to be friendly and professional and this team were extra good. I would rate Singapore Airlines and their crew above anyone for getting it right most of the time.
