    On a recent flight, SQ24 SIN-JFK in PEY, I did get at least one of my beverages in a real glass.

    AC's PEY on the YVR-SIN nonstop used both real glasses and plastic.

    QF's PEY, which sets the standard, uses real glassware, and proper ceramic coffee/tea cups, throughout.

    Really nice pics, SQ228! Thanks for sharing. I am so glad SQ has finally upped their game for PEY catering. Everything looks really great!

    Just a question: for glassware, did they use real glasses, or plastic?

    I’m posting here a number of meals from a recent Premium Economy return booking from Australia to US via Singapore so that everyone can see some of the new offerings and presentation of the refreshed PEY catering.

    Supper


    Appetiser: Fresh Bocconcini Mozzarella with Tomatoes and Cucumber Salad

    Main (inflight menu): Braised Pork in Soy Sauce and Rock Sugar with sauteed Asian greens and steamed jasmine rice

    Dessert: Apple Crumble with Lemon Curd
