    My dad is flying Premium Economy both in September & December on the SQ flights himself (Y class on India flights only as MAA won't have Premium Economy). Looks like they will have the Book the Cook meals as well as regular selection of meals. Hopefully what he'll get is better than what we are used to having in Y class. We'll see.

    Here is her inflight meal from HKG to SIN on SQ 883 on September 2021. She told me that the pasta was not bad.
