SIN-FCO Meals - Book the Cook?

Hello! I finally got my flights confirmed and was browsing through SQ website which says I can modify my meals and I saw the "book the cook" option. I saw some food list - e.g. chicken rice, nasi lemak etc etc. Anyone recommends this or would the standard meal be a lot better?

has anyone flown SIN-FCO on biz? would be good to hear some food experiences thanks in advance
