Can I add Wifes Miles to Book trip for Both of Us?

I am hoping to book flights for my wife and I to the UK for the summer, and availability is running out for the saver tickets. I just booked some flights to Manila over CNY so have come up a bit short on miles.

Does anyone know if they would allow me to transfer enough miles from my wife's account somehow to cover the last 10,000? Especially as we are both travelling
