Mileage accrual on Star Alliance partners on non-alliance metal

What are KF rules regarding mileage accrual on Star Alliance partner flights which are on another non-alliance metal? Assuming the booking fare can accrue mileage in the first place, would I for example accrue points on an ANA flight that is on Air Japan metal?

I think the arrangement is different for different airlines, but in YOUR example - NQ operated flights are treated just like any star flight.
