I have booked and paid for my flights from Australia to London at a travel agent. I travel in late September. Is it too late to become a KrisFlyer member and earn miles for these flights?

Not at all. Miles get credited when you fly, not when you book, hence you're not too late. And welcome to SQTalk

You can get a KrisFlyer account online (free) at www.singaporeair.com and call Singapore Airlines to add the number to your booking. Just to be sure, also present your KF number to check-in agent. Do confirm that your ticket class is mileage-eligible.
