  • KF Retrospective Claim

    hi guys,
    received KF note that says "We regret that we are unable to process your request due to the reason(s) stated below: ... Ticketed name not found on specified flight"

    obviously i boarded the flight and BP submitted was clear proof.

    anyway, anyone has similar experience? wat did you all do?

    I think calling them to clarify would be the best thing. Is it an SQ flt?

      no, its TAM JJ. thanks for tip, have just written to them, but maybe will heed yr advice and call them

        Send them a copy of the flight booking and remember to state the reference number for the claim you are referring to. Had the same problem before but this was with an SK flight claiming to KF. Took a while but all was settled.

        Sometimes this is because of the way the name is written on the booking does not match the way the name is written on your KF account.
        God must have been a ship owner, he placed the raw materials far from where they are needed and covered two-thirds of the earth with water...
