When Should I Expect my Solitaire PPS Card?

I have qualified for TPP05 since March 27, 2007. However, until today I have not yet received my TPP card. Anyone knows when I should expect to receive one? Should I call the PPS center and ask for the card?

I am flying SQ J again within 2 weeks and I am wondering whether the TPP card would give me more benefits than my current expiring QPP4 card.

-Would I be able to have better non SKL lounge access?
-Would I be able to have a Solitaire Check In in Singapore with my QPP card?

You may have to chase them. I requalified as QPP in January and still haven't got my new card.

SQ CRS will show your new status at SPP. Thus, with the SPP sticker on it, you would not have problem accessing SKL F Lounge. And, yes, at Changi, the ck-in agent can tell whether you are elligible to ck-in in that special ck-in area. No need to show the card.
