  • What's up w/ ANA Web tool

    I've checked several times during the last 26 hours on various sectors for varies dates, and all flights, times, dates, and location just get the black triangle "request available".

    I've seen this in the past, but not this long.

    I hope they aren't making any drastic changes.

    Anyone else have a similar problem recetly?

    I'm having the same trouble also, it was working for about 10 minutes today and went back down again I should call NH and ask them, but their mileage center isn't open until tomorrow!

      I've been experiencing the same thing.

      Are you actually planning on booking the flight on NH tool or just checking the inventory?
      In the mean time, I use AC site but it's just not as good as NH one.

        I'm planning to book a complex award using my last UA miles

        Trying to fly 6 different airlines on one award ticket within Asia

          Checking inventory as my SQ and TG segments got cut/down graded and trying to figure out an alternative.

          Flying on a Star Alliance redemption award in O (F) but man, those inter Asia flights got hit hard.... trying to find a O seat between HKG/BKK/SIN is not easy

            fumitani, your profile says you're located in Japan.
            Can you call automated UA number to check award inventory even on other *A airlines?
            IIRC, UA offers such service only in Japan.

              I was on it earlier today and had no issues.

              In the past, I have done a hard refresh of the screen and cleared the cookies.

                  Cannot use ANA tool?

                  Been trying to use ANA tool to look at SQ award seats. Last 2 days it shows all flights in all classes on request (black triangle).

                  Anyone had the same problem?

                      never tried it.....I usually just speak to an agent....We get REAL agents here in Japan
