Hi guys I've question about upgrade on B77W... Could I upgrade on B77W flight HKG-SIN sector??? Y or E class To business class....

You can with 30,000 KrisFlyer miles (unrestricted rate).

... which is not really worth it in IMO when you can use 42,500 KF miles (after online redemption discount) to redeem round trip Business Class CGK-SIN-HKG-SIN-CGK. Yes, it would be on regional J - but that's perfectly fine for me.

wekzz.... 30000 KF miles not 15000 KF miles for only HKG-SIN sector... why??? the B777-300ER is the new business Class right...

Yes it is, and that is exactly why it is double the usual requirement.
