TPPS: what it stands for

I am curious what TPPS stands for i.e. "T" initial? I know the QPPS stands for Qualified Priority Passenger Service.

As it says in the linked thread, the 'T' stands for Top.

Well it used to anyway. With the recent changes SQ have obviously decided nobody is a Priority Passenger any more.
