      I emailed Marriott with a copy of the terms & conditions of the promotion (call me pedantic!) and I got an email this morning... see below...

      Dear Mr. Matt Will Fix It,

      Thank you for contacting Marriott Rewards Guest Services.

      We have sent 750 miles to your KrisFlyer account due to the promotion
      that you enrolled under. This process may take up to 3 weeks for the
      miles to show in your frequent flyer account.

      We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for giving us the
      opportunity to rectify this situation. If we can be of any further
      assistance, please let us know.

        Ah Marriott, my favorite hotel brand. I'm always amazed at the service my family receive with the platinum status, especially at the Marriott Resort in BKK that I stayed at recently. This is quite un-Marriott if people are having problems with getting their KF miles.

          Marriott is a good chain. I did not receive any updates of the miles too.
