At last, I have the card

After couple months waiting, at last I received my LPP card and luggage tags (including for the supplement). The old design still. And it was sent as "replacement." Thus I don't get any welcome letter as well as gift or a nice packaging. Just in the bulk mail through SQ-YVR.
In short, nothing to show off in here.

A question though.....do LPPS get new cards each year? Or is the physical card supposed to last a lifetime as well.

Unbelievable. You are the first and only lifetime PPS in Canada, and all you get is a bog-standard renewal pack with shinier card. Does SQ even understand customer service anymore?
