When I tried to close my browser after visiting the SQ website, a survey popped up asking my opinion on the website, how it compares to other airlines, what could be improved etc.
(My gripes are limited compatibility with non-Windows browsers; the slow speed of the website; and the quirky booking engine.)
One of the questions asked my level in KrisFlyer. It had the following levels:
Basic
Silver
Gold
Qualified PPS
Solitaire PPS
Life PPS
Non-affiliated member
What's the last one ?

Wow at least they are asking for the people's opinions. It's outsourced by the way right?? My biggest problem would be the multi segment itinerary, always have a problem there.
