PPS Qualification

May I know if I buy two business class tickets for me and my partner, will the price I pay for the 2 biz class be counted towards PPS status? I am right now about $7000 from PPS and was thinking to purchase two regional biz class tickets to hit it. Thanks in advance.

That would be your base fare paid. Taxes & surcharges don't count
