Hi, I have just tried to see if I can redeem 2tickets in J to GRU in December but it says not available. Even if I changed dates to sept it still says not available. Not sure if there's different treatment for GRU?

I just managed to get a set of J seats redemption saver SIN-GRU on 18 Dec and returning 26 Dec.

For redemption you need to to be precise on your dates that SQ flies SQ67/68, otherwise the system will not find you the seats.

BTW, a small sidetrack, i am curious about how you all plan to travel in GRU? By a travel package? I personally hate those but i really want to visit Brazil
