Yes, a little, but bear in mind that the PrVI card is an Amex, which still isn't as widely accepted in Singapore compared to Visa/Mastercard.

That's right. I will probably use it mainly for the 2.5miles overseas as it is a VISA and it's charges (including bank charges) will definitely be lower than any card with an AMEX Chip embedded on it.

As the miles given are higher than my horizon card's unless i do not intend to spend more than 1.5k sgd in a foreign land i will probably keep the horizon in the wallet for now.
