S$14.10 redemption booking to anywhere?

Make a redemption booking to anywhere from SG, you will find that it charges you $14.10 for airport TAX only, no carrier surcharges.

I just tried, after entering the CC no., can get booking reference no., but it shows "there are some technique issues, will send you the e-mail after 8 hours...."

Any promotion or system bug?

I think it's a bug. Problem fixed.
