Earning mileage on KF with Air New Zealand

Hi,

I'll be flying with Air New Zealand and would like to know how their FFP works.

I presume I'll be accruing Status Points instead of Airpoints Dollars as I'm not their member. If the accrual chart says that the fare is eligible to accrue 60 Status Points, does it mean that 60 miles will be credited to my KF account?

You would be accruing miles instead if you are going to clock it to KF.

Grabaseat and Smart saver seats accrue status points but not miles. So there will be no KF miles accruals on these seats. Best to check the booking class to chart on http://www.singaporeair.com/pdf/ppsc...FOALLevels.pdf before proceeding with booking.

Please note that MANY of the cheaper booking classes on NZ do not earn miles with anyone other than their own FFP, Airpoints.

Check out what is your booking class first.

You can always buy up to the next booking class that allows you to earn miles.
