Email from KF that does not belong to you

Hi, just wondering have anyone ever received an upgrade certificate that does not belong to you or your nominees?

I just received an email containing KF Upgrade Certificate for someone that I don't even know..

Privacy breach. You should advise them of the error and try to escalate it. I am sure it stems from their woeful website.

Yes definately let them know. In my case, I purchased miles to top up, then called to get an upgrade. I see the upgrade on the website, but never got the email, nor did they debit the miles or charge my credit card! And yes, I have sent Krisflyer an email with the details, although after two days I have had no response.
