Krisflyer Call Center in Vanuatu?

I got a call back from Krisflyer. It showed a phone number from Vanuatu. Is that where SQ outsources its call center now?

Its probably through an internet call centre and your call display is showing that as Vanuatu.

Ok, I could be wrong.
