Upgrading redemption nominee online

Is it possible to upgrade a redemption nominee online on the new website?

I have so far failed to work out whether this is possible. My mind is somewhat foggy on whether this was even possible on the old website.

I realise I can ring the call centre and get this done, but I'm trying to be stingy and save the 15%.

I'm thinking I probably can't do this online, but any thoughts would be appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about the 15% saving. Nothing can be done on the new website anyway, so they'll just gift you the 15% if you make a comment about it... as to the actual topic, I'll let someone else who's more familiar answer

Thanks for the advice Kyo. Actually, when I rang Krisflyer to upgrade my friend, they just charged me 29,750 rather than 35,000 for SIN-ADL with no questions asked. I guess they're just used to it now with all the website problems.
