  • Air Canada TPP Equivalence?

    Hi,

A newbie here and failing dismally to convince 'Search' to behave.

Quick question: what approximate equivalent is a Solitaire "Spouse" on Air Canada through Star Alliance? They have multi-tiered perks advertised such as Concierge, but keyed off a status hierarchy from their own loyalty program.
And a clue to a priority number to call when inside Canada -- more than one hour with musak on hold to their general 800 number is not impressive.

    Many thanks

The top level on Air Canada's FFP is called 'Super Elite' which can be achieved with 100,000 miles in all classes of service on AC and other *A partners.

They do not have a spouse equivalent. Your spouse must earn his/her own card. When you earn the appropriate status on AC, you will then be given the special elite line to call within North America. You do not get to use this number even if you are SQ PPS Solitaire as it has nothing to do with Aeroplan.

Best answers for you can be found on Air Canada forum on FlyerTalk.
