All First class Full Awards only available on waitlist

Not that i would ever dream of redeeming miles for a full award, but looking through some first class redemption options, it would seem that all full awards in first class (regardless of route and date) are showing as 'waitlist'?

Anyone know why? Seems a bit odd to me, especially when standard awards are available on the same routes.

Heard that something interesting might be coming in June.

Full awards in Business Class are still around... Following the above logic, they should be on waitlist as well. In any event, one could always cancel the full award and book a lower level award in case SQ changes their redemption scheme.
